At Core Job Training, we combine extensive aviation expertise and business acumen to help organizations strengthen their operations, develop their people, and achieve measurable results.
Our team consists of highly experienced instructor pilots and business professionals with more than 10,000 hours of combined flight experience across Part 91, Part 135, Part 121, and military aviation. Our diverse backgrounds include military aviators, airline instructors, sales professionals, and operational managers. Many of our instructors have successfully transitioned from military to civilian aviation, giving them firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities our clients face.
Every member of our instructional team holds an Airline Transport Pilot–Multiengine (ATP-M) certificate and serves as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Ground Instructor (GI), and/or Airline Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) Instructor, ensuring our clients receive instruction that reflects the highest professional standards.
Our consulting team brings a proven combination of expertise in sales, marketing, operations, leadership, and client relationship management. By integrating strategic thinking with technical aviation knowledge and business insight, we help organizations align people, processes, and objectives to gain efficiencies and consistently exceed performance goals.
I have been in aviation for over 20 years serving in a wide variety of professional roles. I have managed a Fixed-Based Operator (FBO) that provided Part 135 pilot services and flight training (Private to Commercial-Single). I was a sales manager for an Aviation Ground Service Equipment manufacturer (Refuel trucks, refuel carts, water servicing equipment, etc.). I am a professional instructor in Part 61, Part 141, and Airline AQP flight training programs. Additionally, I have served for over 15 years in the Air National Guard as an aircraft maintainer and currently serve as a Maintenance Officer.
